1. DATA CONTROLLER

This Clarification Text has been prepared by Bioden Energy Production Industry and Trade Inc. (“Company” or “Bioden”) as the data controller pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in order to transparently inform and enlighten you about how your personal data, which you have transmitted to us via the contact form on the www.biodengubre.com website, are collected, the purposes and legal grounds for personal data processing, the principles regarding data transfer, and your rights as a data subject.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The personal data you share with Bioden consists of your name-surname, e-mail address, and phone number. Your data are processed for the purpose of responding to your request to contact us.


Your personal data are obtained by the Company through the contact form you fill out on www.biodengubre.com, and processed for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.
Your personal data are processed based on the legal grounds that you have made the data public yourself, processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, and provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSES, AND RETENTION PERIODS

Your personal data may be transferred to official institutions and organizations upon request to fulfill official requirements. Apart from this, there is no transfer to domestic or foreign parties. Your personal data will be retained for 1 (one) year from the moment you provide them and will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized at the end of the processing period.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Data subjects are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the personal data they have shared with the Company, and if personal data of third parties are shared, for ensuring that such data are collected validly and in compliance with the legislation. The data subject is obliged to inform third parties whose personal data are provided to the Company about the content of this notification and to obtain their consent for the use of their personal data by the Company as specified in this notice (including transfer and disclosure).

Under the scope of KVKK and related legislation, data subjects have the following rights:

• To learn whether their personal data is processed,
• To request information if their personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• To learn the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request notification of the corrections to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK and to request notification of the deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To object to a result arising against them from the analysis of their personal data exclusively by automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages if they suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Data subjects may submit their requests related to their rights clearly and understandably, along with documents identifying their identity and address information; in writing and with a wet signature, by hand, by mail, or through a notary public to the address of the Data Controller Company at “Mimar Sinan Mahallesi Yeni Mera Küme Evleri No:28 Başmakçı / AFYONKARAHİSAR / TÜRKİYE”, or to the (*) PTT KEP address, or by applying via www.biodengubre.com.

Before responding, the Company has the right to verify your identity. Your request must include:

• Your name, surname, and if the application is in writing, your signature,
• For Turkish citizens, your Turkish identity number; for foreigners, your nationality, passport number, or if available, your identity number,
• Your place of residence or workplace address for notification purposes,
• If available, your e-mail address, phone, and fax number for notification,
• The subject of your request,
and any relevant information and documents must be attached to the application. When you submit your requests to the Company in the manner specified above, the Company will finalize your request as soon as possible and within no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
